Yes. Most people don't know how the internet works, and they will tell you no, but people generally can tell where their website is being viewed from. It's called geolocation.
Any website you go to gets your IP address. You can then trace IP addresses kind of like you would the area code on a phone number. Specific numbers are tied to specific locations.
Go to this website and it will tell you where you'll at.
Any website in the world can do the same thing to tell where you're at, including myspace. (it can be done with javascript, which means myspace users can do it, not just the myspace staff)

No, especially if you don't have a myspace. You may not be able to see it anyway if s/he has it set on private.
