If a girl is under age, lets say 15 and she hangs out with a guy that is lets say 19 but they do no anything. They do not have sex. Can he get in trouble?

Its just a question and there is not 15 year old girl or a 19 boy. My bro just decided to argue some laws with me and his friends.

Simple answer is No. If they have sex then he would be guilty of having sex with a minor. Could be classed as child molestation. Better wait until she's 16, and then take proper precautions.

Not allowing a 19 year old to be with a 15 year old is age discrimination.. since your born your with your parents until your about 19.. is that illegal? No.

No. If you do start to do anything with this boy, even kissing however he could get in trouble. Your parents could more than likely get a restraining order in this situation as well.
If you really are not doing anything sexual then you have nothing to worry about.
