I think your question is fake. Cut her vagina off? How the hell do you cut part of your vagina off? Female genital mutilation isn't exactly the easiest thing to accidentally do.

If it is real, call the hospital.

If its just bleeding slightly then she has nothing to worry about. Just have her run some cold water on it and then put some pressure. If its starts bleeding hard or its starts to hurt worst then she needs to tell her mom and go se a doctor.

Ok, One she did not cut it OFF, and two, it's not like it's different to any other type of her body, The skin WILL grow back...geesh chill, just dab up the blood that came out and it'll stop bleeding soon, it's just like when you cut your finger or something.

Tell her to disinfect the cut then put a bandage onto it.
