I think you're normal.
You could definitely lose 10lbs and still be alright though.
Make sure, if you do decide to lose weight, that you do it in a healthy manner!
Try eating more fiber-rich foods (whole-grain bread, whole-wheat pasta, fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, bran) and try eating spicy foods to boost your metabolism. Drinking water will also help in weight loss!
Another important thing, is to try and eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat about every three hours) The pounds will come off in no time.(:

Hello darrlin.. well first of all the girl you speak about (if nt uself) is not overweight.. your/her height is taller then most girls anyy way as an average height for women is around 5 ft 4. Secondly there's no point tryin to "loose" weight.. just mantiene a healthy diet and excersice every now and then and yourl keep and steady healthy weight :) takke care x

I hate it when people ask these sort of questions because it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks!
I guess the person you are talking about is you. You shouldn't care if someone thinks you are fat, and some lame *** would prob say you are just to cause some upset!
Do a BMI test to see whether you should or not.

At that weight you would be considered thin. You don't need to lose any weight however, if you wanted to be 'fitter' you could always tone up.

wow your skinny! im 5"6' and 137 and im thin!! everyone always tells me that im so skinny. your really thin, dont lose any weight. you could GAIN ten pounds and still look great, maybe better!!
