You cannot freeze fudge. The texture changes to a granular crumbly mess.
Store fudge in an airtight container, it will be fresh up to 3 months, from 3-6 months the texture starts to change and the taste isn't as great. Do not store longer than 6 months

fudge can be stored for ages in an air tight container. it's basically sugar and sugar never goes off. i wouldn't put it in the freezer though?
