Not if you've had more Dick in there than a Hooker in Vegas! Perhaps squeeze some lemon juice in there to tighten it up. Or maybe check into an anus lift. Im sure you local plastic surgeon would have a great informational brochure... maybe even a power point. If all else fails, maybe squirt some ice cold water in there through a turkey baster... this **** give the anal walls a "lift." Then the next time you fart, it'll sound like its coming out of something tight as a mouses ear!
