I am boiling a chicken - ?

Kind of an off the wall suggestion here. You could make an around the World tapas platter based around chicken:

Greece-mini cups of lemon chicken soup (Avgolemono)

France-bistro style chicken sandwich sliders with sliced tomato

US-mini pizzas with bbq sauce and cheddar cheese

Mexico-individual taco salads with homemade deep fried tortillas

Thai-chicken satay with peanut sauce (only if you have some fresh, unboiled chicken, or chicken breast in the fridge)

Whatever you make, I'm sure it will be tasty!

King Ranch Chicken-

Mix 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1 - 2 cups chicken broth and 1 can Rotel tomatoes-

Layer with chicken and onion and Velveeta cheese between flour tortillas and bake- Excellent!

You could try making a chicken roulade! It's where you wrap the chicken around other ingredients, sear the outside, then finish off in the oven.

You then cut it into cross sections and it looks very elegant and fancy.

Maybe a chicken vegetable soup??

Add carrots, Potatoes, Corn, Egg noddles, and some all purpose flour for thickness. Just a little flour or it'll clunk up... Oh and don't forget to chop up your chicken, lol!

Wait for it to cool, slice the breast thinly. Slice red and green peppers. Fold into a tortilla and make fabulous wraps. Season as you wish. I like sweet chilli dipping sauce with mine.

I've had that King Ranch Chicken submitted by 'Kahne' and it is truely awesome. You should definitely give it a try!

Marinade chicken with soya sauce, , dark soya sauce, salt, oyster sauce, read wine and pepper. Put marinated chicken on top of rice and steamed until rice is soft and fluffy. Garnish with cilantro.

well there is a lot of things you can make with boiled chicken. there is chinese food, you could boil the chicken, then season it up and bake it.
