Are you tired of Fake Grouper????
How many folks are having a problem with ordering fish in a restaurant(typically grouper) and what you are served isn't grouper at all, but likely a chinese imported catfish? Its happened to me 2 times in the past week. its not the restaurateurs doing it, but the wholesalers telling them its grouper.
What do you do about it?

I live in fla...it's huge problem here but its not chinese catfish they tend to serve cod.But the news started calling out the restaurants on it and even asking them to bring out the boxes even the boxes were labeled wrong...
been going on for while I dont normally eat fish out though because being best friends w boat capt he brings it to me fresh daily and that way i know what i eat.
I know my fish well enough to know what im being serve i only eat yellow fin tuna and wahoo..:)
