Nokia phone 6230i vibrating but not ringing out. How do I set?

I downloaded the user's guide from the internet. Tones on page 62 did not help. It is vibrating. Someone to please help me.

Serious answers to help me will be appreciated

    Go to setting: tones and then it should say 'Incoming Call Alert.' Change that to 'Ringing.'

    go to profiles and check for your profile settings. if that did not work try switching off then on again, if it did not work go to a phone shop let them restore your original settings.
