How do I Stop lying soo much ?

Ask yourself what you gain by the lie. Think of the people who might get hurt. Think of what would happen if they found out the truth.

Promise yourself that you won't lie. You can do anything else but don't lie. Then, the only person you are responsible to is yourself. Maybe it would help you to realize also that the only person you are truly fooling is yourself. I don't know about most people but I can tell when someone is lying to me so most people probably know you are lying anyway.

Confess right after you lie it worked for me when I was 5yrs old because I felt so guilty.

wear a rubber band on your wrist and pull it everytime you lie or your going to. or just pinch yourself instead

think b4 u act so u wont hav to lie to cover it up. think wat would happen if that person were to find out if u lied about something to them.

remember u might lose their respect for u and they may not trust u anymore if u lie to them.
