neighbors vs wireless router ?

Your neighbor stealing your internet won't make random screens pop up on you. You may have spyware. I suggest AVG antivirus, Spybot S&D, and Malwarebytes' anti malware.

As for your router, just set up WEP or WPA-PSK encryption. This is very easily done following the instructions included in the box your router came in. Alternatively, you can easily google this and include your router's model in the search. Good luck!

may be u can try to turn off the wireless function (broadcasting) but this u can not use wireless also.

it u need the wireless service for urself, then u try above idea. then gt tell u abt the password..

You should be able to set up a pass word for your router.

You should be able to create a secure network with a password like he said. It would probably be in your network settings or something. :)
