i think it is a mix because it looks exactly like my, Chi- Rat Terrier Mix.
But if it is not mixed, then it is more than likely a full blooded Rat Terrier??

I see allot of these kinds working at the shelter. It looks to me like some sort of rat terrier, chihuahua or fox terrier mix. Definitely looks to have some terrier in him :) very cute

Looks like a rat terrier I use to have although it could also be a toy fox terrier
