Did I uninstall Limewire properly?
I wanted to get rid of Limewire because I found that it was an unsafe, and illegal, program. So I went to my little folder that says "Limewire" and clicked "Uninstall Limewire." Then it asked if I wanted to open "uninstall.exe" to uninstall the program. And I did. It brought me too "Limewire Uninstall Wizard" So I pressed next, next, next, waited for it a uninstall, and then finished. But the uninstalling process was really fast. The icon was still on my desktop. So I deleted the icon. Now, Limewire is no longer in my Programs and Features thing anymore. So, did I uninstall it?

That was the long way of doing, the eaiest way would have been, click start going into control panel, into the add/remove program and uninstalling it that way. But yes you did uninstall it with one of the possible ways.

Yes, but there will still be fragments of the program left. Go into "my computer/ programs". there will probably still be a folder named limewire. right click this and choose delete. Run a registry program to clear up any remains
