Does Parsley Need To Be Refrigerated?

I boight a small bundle of it for my guinea pig but forgot to place in in the refrigerstor overnight, is is stillsafe for him to eat??

    Yes it's still safe for him to eat. Parsley doesn't have to be refrigerated only if you want it to last longer.

    Stand the parsley in a small glass with a little bit of water, slip a baggie over the greens and hold in the refrigerator.

    Another method is to wrap the parsley stems in a damp paper towel and store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.

    if you are going to use it up pretty quickly, it can be stored in a little vase with water on the kitchen counter, but it will wilt pretty quickly.
