NO!! The Pac 10 is a great conference. They just didn't play well this year. ASU should be a top 25 team as well as Oregon, which i think is now. Also U of A is a a good team. Oregon State is a good team. The only reson why you think this is because the Pac 10 has been doing bad this year. Also the SEC consists of so many teams that they always have a couple teams in the top 10.

I have news for you; the Pac-10 is a strong conference (definitely in the top 3 along with the Big 12 and SEC), and USC has the best talent in college football, even if they don't always have the best team chemistry.
