what's with all the insurance quote links?

I frequent the insurance registration area of yahoo answers and I am amazed as to how many people are getting points for saying things like " I know how you feel, you can find the answer here at ripmeoff.com".

I've reported a few of these as this is just a quote for auto insurance and does nothing to answer the question. Does yahoo ever do anything on these? Do you get black flagged if you keep reporting them? I earn my points by answering a question either with my opinion or the correct answer. Not by giving erroneous answers just to rack up points.

Is anyone else seeing this as well???? And where are those trolls I here so much about to stop this???
