I heard something about a "Bill HR 2977 Space Preservation Act" ?
This was supposedly sponsored by Rep. Kucinich(Ohio). I have heard that this Bill had language in it removed that contained "Mind control." With the Digitization of all TVS becoming mandatory, do you think that that the two are related and if so, how?
I am not at all comfortable with the language in it, and why would they even think of putting in "Mind Control?" I would not prefer links to a site for explanation, only for reference. Thanks!

In Rep. Kucinich's revised new (some woud say 'emasculated') Bill, HR 3616, there is no longer any mentio whatever of:
* chemtrails,
* particle beams
* electromagnetic radiation
* plasmas
* extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation
* or mind-control technologies
as weapons systems covered in the measure.
