2 weeks in costa rica, itinerary and accomodation help?

Me and my brother are planning to travel costa rica from 13 Dec. - 28 Dec. but we haven't made our itinerary yet. We have clues on what places we want to see but have no clue about the route we should take or the places we should reserve to stay in. The places we are planning to see are roughly:

arenal volcano and national park(planning a night stay)

lake arenal to monteverde(is one night good enough?)

Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park(looks like a night stay here will be great too?)

Tortuguero_National_Park(not sure about going there, not turtle watching season, what else is to do there?)

poas volcano national park

What else should not I miss?

Our goal is to see little bit of everything and do some water sports and zipline tour etc. We would prefer public(tourist) transport wherever its readily available.

Thanks for all of your suggestions.

Head to Jaco for a day or two for insane nightlife. Here's an article if you want to look into it further (linked):

The Pacific fringe of Costa Rica is captivating with white sand beaches and blue waters. in case you men are seeking to objective to surf, i might want to point Jaco sea coast (necessary Pacific) almost a million hour by technique of vehicle south of San Jose, and then i might want to point taking a water taxi or utilising through the peninsula to Santa Teresa, Mal Pais an exceedingly conventional surf city and a Blue Flag sea coast (high quality waters and sparkling beaches). that's an exceedingly attractive distant surf city with plenty to confirm - Montezuma waterfalls is interior sight and the Curu flora and fauna Reserve. i recognize this fringe of the Pacific area the most. once you've time, and is your cup of tea, i might want to challenge to Nosara, the yoga and organic and organic mecca of Costa Rica with loads of serious vegetarian thoughts, eco-friendly surroundings and again, dazzling surf spots besides. wish you men have a sturdy time! -Angie
