When a company, say A, buys another company, say B, for cash i.e. X amount per share and the board of directors of B approves it, does the shareholders of the B company have the legal obligation to sell its shares to the A compnay. If not, what are the options? If a shareholder doesn't tender its shares by the due date what happens to the value of that share?

How should we divide it i.e. just the day in puntarenas and head to montezuma to sleep and also stay there the next night or spend first night in puntarenas itself. Any suggested places to stay and things to do there? Thanks in advance.

Me and my brother are planning to travel costa rica from 13 Dec. - 28 Dec. but we haven't made our itinerary yet. We have clues on what places we want to see but have no clue about the route we should take or the places we should reserve to stay in. The places we are planning to see are roughly:

arenal volcano and national park(planning a night stay)

lake arenal to monteverde(is one night good enough?)

Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park(looks like a night stay here will be great too?)

Tortuguero_National_Park(not sure about going there, not turtle watching season, what else is to do there?)

poas volcano national park

jaco - 1 day

puntarenas -1 day

cartago -1 day

corcovado national park -1 day

What else should not I miss?

Our goal is to see little bit of everything and do some water sports and zipline tour etc. We would prefer public(tourist) transport wherever its readily available.

We would like to do a lot of hiking and some adventurous stuff.

We found some hostels and a few hotels and are not sure what to book for a night or two.

The location of arenal observatory lodge really looks good but they will cost 85 bucks.

The backpackers resort on the other hand costs around 25-30 bucks.

But the volcano view looks distant. Are there any better options. What to choose?

I mean aren't we all supposedly equal then why this discrepancy. I have rarely seen(or heard of) any girl approaching a guy about love, affair etc.

I am fond of women mostly(age 30 or above) because I can't find girls of my age (18-25) who are serious about their lives, who are not just into themselves, who can't even offer u a generous smile or "how r u?". But of course, all these women are married and have kids but still just by look I can see in them what I can't see in girls around me. I guess that's what we call maturity.

Its like putting a treasure in front of theif to capture him stealing it. Can't u girls decide whether u want men to concentrate on ur skin that u so much care about and want to show off or your mind which u inadvertently hide beneath those makeups and attitude?

I was of the notion that India is 85% Hindus. And still about half questions are directly on Christanity. How come?

How much peaky should you be before considering a girl for your prospective GF.. I mean everyone must be seeking atleast some basic qualities to be at the same level. My type of girl would be a good philosopher, thinker and above a logical thinker/talker away from religion or other boundaries. In my case, I can find those qualities in some big female personalities or mostly males(and I m straight) in my daily life. But I haven't yet run accross any girl that even meets 50% of what I think is necessary to me.

I can understand that in past men worked and women took care of home but things have changed now. Ain't it right?

Most of the guls I have met are either just chick types, have attitude, without any purpose, aren't level minded(i.e at psychology level or interested in always trying to learn and improve oneself). This discourages me and makes me biased about most guls. I wud be really interested to know if one can find guls who are more than just that in ur day-to-day life. Shud I just wait for a right gul to accidentally come accross my life some day or can I do something about it. I don't want to compromise and yes I understand that my expectations are quite high.
