I have Guitar Hero World Tour for Wii....Does the guitar, drums, or mic work for Rock Band for Wii?

no none of the wii ones work for the other games. now on the other hand, the xbox controllers work with each other. only RB 2 to GHWT tho

OK- So I have the Wii and I have both Rock band and Guitar Hero World Tour- and here is what you can do. Guitar Hero World Tour instruments will work with Rock Band 2 game only (Not the first Rock Band). You can not use Rock Band instruments at all with Guitar Hero. Bummer deal I know- but I tried it. Just waiting for Rock Band 2 so I can play my Guitar Hero guitar with it :)
