i kno i want breats implants but how do i kno if id need a lift also?
First of all iv always been flat chested as a teen i was a nearly A. It was only after nursing i became a full A (woopY!)
Im a wife and mom. my 2 children never knew what a bottle was because i exclusively nursed. So now not only am i flat chested im saggy too. Now for my question. is having small saggy boobs a good thing because it will make way for the implant or will i need a lift too?

It will depend on which method of implants you do. You can get over the muscle, partial under muscle, or fully under the muscle. If you do over the muscle and go up quite a bit in size, they will probably only have to take off a little bit of extra skin to get things nice and perky again. But, if you go under the muscle, you would also have to have a breast lift. Just go to a plastic surgeon for a consult, because each body shape and breast shape has a different "best choice" for which method of implants to do. Good luck!
