Run away and fast. They will bill you starting at $3K and do absolutely nothing for you.
If you have tax issues, see a true tax professional, such as an EA or CPA that does representation work.

Stay away.
They were sued last year for charging a lot and doing nothing.
They settled out of court.
Stay away from any of the "tax settlement" firms that advertise heavily.

They charge a lot to cover their advertising budget.
I've gotten some of it in the mail, promising major refunds, but they could only do so by ignoring some basic tax law and I wouldn't be interested in being set up for an audit....

For what? As a generalization, about three times what I would charge my clients for the same service and I haven't had state attorneys general suing me.
