What is the best FREE program out there to BURN a DVD to a DVD-R?

There is a special Program called DVD Shrink..

you can use DVD Shrink and Nero 7 or higher..

But when you burn a DVD, you need to take off the copyright protection. and DVD Shrink enables yo to do that....But to get DVD Shrink you have to download the torrent for that..and the same with Nero 7..

For me, in the past I used nero 6, and it didnt work for the burning process..It only works for Nero 7 or higher..

I don't know any freeware can copy DVD to DVD, I always use this share to do the job, it's not free, but it works pretty well for me, I think it worth the money. If you are interested in it, here is a guide about how to use it

Ok you want to use DVD Shrink to rip the DVD, then use ImgBurn to burn the VIDEO_TS folder to the DVD-R.
