My Yahoo IM is letting me type mesages But when I send or add a contact is does not work What do I do to fix?
A couple of days ago I received a yahoo message stating there was an IM problem and all it would do is recorded the timw like 4 times per minute. Since then every message I send doesn't appear on screen and contacts I add do not appear. I am not very experienced so please make the solution as simple as possible. When the problem started Yahoo sent a message saying there was a problem. Also I have windows Vista. Please Please help. Thank you

It could be another glitch yahoo has had several with messenger lately. If you are using IM 9 you might need to switch to another one. Yahoo is having a lot of problems with IM 9 . It does not work well with Vista & XP. Yahoo IM 9 did not work for me and I have vista. You will need to uninstall the one you have now before installing another one. Hope this helps!!!!!

Everyone is having this problem. It should be fixed by now. yahoo was working on the site for 2 days. Click on Forum at the left side of the Home Page and read more.
