I would suggest you go for Sony Ericsson K810i as it fits your budget perfectly..it has a 3.2MP camera, great sound quality, quite slim and very sturdy..you also get a 1GB card free with it...

N70 is your best bet.Perfect in every way.I dont know about current rate,but you might also get its upgraded model N73 under 10000 now
