Unemployment and Check not clearing ?
My boss is trying to make me quit, I won't because I won't be able to draw unemployment. He is putting so much pressure on me it is just awful. I think my next paycheck wont clear, what if it doesn't? Is that grounds to file unemployment? Someone please help, I need to know for sure! Thanks! ( I live in Texas )

If your next pay check doesn't clear contact your local labor board. Your only recourse is to have a well documented struggle with your company.
