Does anyone know a couple of Really cool cheerleading stunts?

one cool stunt is called a bottle rocket,

its soo so fun. all you have to do it shoot the girl up in a full

and put her feet together & right when she hits it bring her back down into pockets and maybe re-load her back up or possibly you could just set up a basket toss, that's what we did...

we do the bottle rocket & then basket toss riight in the beggining as the 1st stunt.

I don't know what level you are but you can go to you tube and watch All Star stunts to get some ideas. I recommend Celebrity NH and Spirit Central. If you want to see a kick butt dance watch our video at Superior Cheer All Stars Senior level 3. It was our first year of competition with no gym half the time due to permit problems.
