My laptop's screen "explodes in colors". Help.?

Currently, I'm having difficulties with the screen of my laptop.

I own a Dell Inspiron B120 and recently, it's been showing erratic behavior. My screen would explode into these colors, and I'm not able to view content unless I hit the screen or press against it with my fingertips.

Any help?

    Sounds very strange. I would think it's a virus. Have you run your AVIRUS software?
