Grand Theft Auto 4. Stuck and need help.?
I've just finished chapter 3 and am stuck. I have completed every mission for everyone on my map. The only thing left to do is the assassin mission. I dont know what to do. I have looked it up and all it says is that the U.L paper is suppose to call me. I have driven around forever waiting and nothing. Anyone know what to do?

The assassin missions are optional. Just drive around, cause some mischief, remember to save after every time you leave. The U.L. paper will eventually call.
