German to English translation?

Could anyone help me with the following german phrase which appears on a disc I am trying to download to my laptop.

Falls es nicht geht, Maxsea nochaml bei gedrückter ctrl-taste started und vollen Reset wählen

Maxsea is the name of the programme, I understand the first part which I think says if it does not load or install - and then I'm lost Help!

    In case it's not working, restart Maxsea while pressing CTRL and choose full reset.

    press Ctrl and choose Reset.
