I would respect them more if they told the corrupt UAW where to stick it

I would support the Big 3 more if they stopped acting like hypocrites and started acting like they knew what they were doing. You do not show up in three separate private jets and then claim that you'll financially bleed to death on Congress' doorstep if they don't give you billions of dollars. You do not have multi-million dollar personal salaries and then act as though your company is destitute.
And if you say you really need the money, you should try at least acting like you're going to do something productive with it--I haven't heard any of the Big 3 leaders give inspiring speeches about American innovation. They're not saying "we have a really good plan plan to do better;" they're not even taking personal sacrifices. They're just saying "give us more money or we're all gonna die."
