i am having windows vista business os. today after uninstalling win rar i opened registry and deleted winrar. ?
After going to registry i opened HQ current user and deleted WIN RAR SFX and again when i tried to install winrar it didnt install. It says it cannot execute setup file. What to do.I tried to restore the system using system restore. But it didn't work. Please help me

Try this out first to see if it will fix your problem. It will reset the EXE file extension association back to default.
1. Go to this site:

3. Download the exefix_Vista.zip file to your desktop.
4. Follow the rest of the Usage instructions at the site.
