Need helping me with my schedule in writing?
I need GREAT help, fellow writers.
My problem is that I don't much write these times. I mean, got to help to schedule my time for writing so that I could publish it in March.
What I do during weekdays were:
>in the morning where I have a driving lessons and got busy in the morning (before I live the house, I spent 2 hours to eat, take a bath, do simple chores)
>in the afternoon, usually here in an internet cafe
I want to write in the whole afternoon but I got always prevented by writer's block and watching TV programs (nonsense)
(Please, do e-mail me to know what am now.)

I don't know what sort of a writer u r, as good writer always keep some piece of paper and pencil with them, any unique sentence or line can come in ones mind any time and later u can forget it. So better save it at that moment when it comes. Most of the writers write it the night as normally there are minimum chances of external disturbance. And night itself bring many ideas plus night is a mystery itself.

Publish in March? You'd need to have completed the book, and edited it, and, more importantly, sold it to a publisher, already for that to happen.
What to do? Honestly? If you don't want to write then don't write. It's that simple. If you want to write then turn the TV off and get on with it. There is no magic wand anyone can wave.

I personally find willpower to be enough. If I really have to get something done in time (arbitrary deadline or real one) then I will just forge ahead with the project regardless of whether I want to do it. The first bit after such a push is usually utter trash, but you just have to get going again and you'll usually get drawn into your own plot. So, if all else fails, just plod through the sticky bits and keep going.
Good luck!

i have the exact same problem. I have troubles staying with my writing scheldule and sometimes i fall out of it for a couple of months. It's pure laziness on my part, and a bit of distraction. I love writing, which is what always brings me back to it . the important thing is to just stick with it. reward yourself if you keep to your scheldule. sometimes it's ok to miss as long as you get back with it. if you have writer's block, correct and edit some of your older work or brainstorm. fit a bit of writing in every day
hope this helps (i'm going to try to follow my own advice:)
