How can I brighten the colours of an old rice paper blind,safely?
My blind is about 20 yrs. old and it's been in a closet for ten years,out of the sun but the colours have faded even so. I'd like to try to brighten the colours,to bring back the vividness.

...these blinds were made with naturally died rice not died paper so the color can't really be brought back..it's gone...sorry
