On a daily basis I get?

this numbness and tingling down my right side. It starts from the butt-cheek and goes down to my toes. Sometimes I can't even step on the gas pedal in the car. It feels like my foot is asleep. I heard this could be sciatic nerve. Is this possible? Also the other problem is I can't lift either arm above my head for too long or they go numb. I mean that it's less then 30 seconds and it's numb. I don't think this is normal. Could this be circulation problems? Thanks to all.

look into Restless Leg Syndrome. that might be it? and yes it sounds like a circulation problem.
