Is there a place that I can purchase a cell phone without having to spend hundreds of dollars?
I already have a wireless plan through verizon. I'm not eligible for an upgrade and I need a new phone. I heard that you can get them for pretty cheap somewhere but I dont know where. Any help is much appreciated.

Ebay, Amazon, And many other sites sell UNLOCKED cell phones That can be used without an upgrade at cheap prices.
