what is a good wedge to get and what bounce?

vokey has higher ball flight more spin equals less distance, but more control. 10 degrees is the most versatile wedge . not great fluffy sand , unless experienced sand player. for fluffy sand with ten degree open lob wedge. sand clubs not meant for distance. nike wedge may have lost degrees of loft. to days wedges with the spin groves less distance. waste money . need lots club head speed. constant regroving. very high maintenance. try clear out sales at major golf outlets buyers market. or dig through basement . have 50 plus wedges all regroved .

hm i have a nike sv 60 degree with a ten bounce but this is my first wedge so im not to sure how it affects it, but for sand low bounce is good i think

Great from the sand, rough and fairway.

If you had good results with the Nike sv and you also had good results with the old one stick with the Volkey. This is a finesse club which has to give you confidence when you use it.
