tsu'ara nahruk kaelah--What does this mean?

I thought it was Japanese, but perhaps it's a Chinese dialect I'm not familiar with?

    This is definitely not Chinese; it sounds like Malay or Indonesian.

    I don't speak Malay so I'm not sure what it means :X
