    Fried tastes better but baked is better for you so I will go with baked chicken

    Fried and spicy with some fried vegetables of course, yay okra

    Fried!! Although I did bake some lemon-pepper chicken breasts the other night and they were quite delicious!

    Marinated for 2 days in Orange or Peach sauce, seared then broiled, served on a bed of dirty rice, with salad on the side.
