When measuring wheel base where is it measured from?

The face the wheel bolts to, or where?

    Wheelbase is measured from the center of the front tire to the center of the rear tire. You can get pretty close by measuring from the back of the front tire to the back of the rear tire, just make sure the wheels are straight when you make that measurement.

    Measure from the center of the front wheel to the center of the

    rear wheel...
