Verizon Router Question?
I have a wireless router from verizon, and it seems to be getting old, and I want a new one. Do I have to buy one through verizon or can i buy one on my own? And if I tell them i cant connect my laptops will they supply me with a new and better one? Thanks.
well the specific problem is the wireless not working, if that helps

call their tech support and have them do a line check on the router they will be able to tell you if there is a problem or if it needs firmware update then if so they will help you install it they are there 24/7

You can buy any wireless router you want, but Verizon won't support it, you'll have to look to the manufacturer for support.
