WHO IS THE GENERAL OF ARMY?

He's the 23rd and present Chief of Army Staff of the Indian Army.

Nobody holds that rank at this time. The highest ranking General in the army right now is General George W. Casey, who is the Chief of Staff of the Army.

This is assuming that you are talking about the US Army and not another country.

EDIT: If you are talking about the Indian Army their highest rank is Field Marshall and it is above the rank of General. Only two people held that rank. Their current Chief of Staff is General Deepak Kapoor.
