I'm looking into becoming a better swimmer, and want to find some articles that are 1st or second hand information that relates to swimming, and everything and anything about it... from foods to eat, what to do to train muscles, too anything else that can correlate...

The best way to learn about swimming is to surround yourself with swimmers. If you can, join a team!
