I don't like any of them.
Dylan is a boy's name and very masculine, on a little girl it would be awkward and out of place, you have to think of the child.
Kamryn is also a boy's name that would make a girl feel the same way, the spelling takes away the only elegace the name had left and no, it didn't succeed in making the name feminine.
Jordyn is not a nice name no matter the gender in my opinion, the 'y' just makes it look even more trendy and masculine. If you wanted to do anything to make the name more feminine it'd be to spell it Jordan.
Harlow: This name could be accepted as a girl's because of its celebrity status but personally it sounds like a last name to me. It's the best (and possibly least gender-confused) name on the list.
Sorry to seem harsh.

Kamryn sounds like the only girl name here so I like that one the best. I like the nickname Kammy. I don't really care of uni-sex names.

Its the only one out of those 4 that I like

I like Jordyn and Kamryn a lot.
Harlow is okay, but it's not a name I would use.
Dylan seems a bit trashy to me.

Harlow is pretty and I wouldn't worry about a celebrity having already named their baby that. In a year no one will remember who's famous baby was named what.

Harlow. It has the softest, prettiest sound, and it makes me think of the old movie star. :)
Kamryn is really trendy, Jordyn is okay (but it feels a bit dated), and Dylan feels too boyish to me.
Here are some other names you might consider. Most of these are unisex. A few are female only but they have a similar "frills-free" vibe to your other names:
Carmen
Marlow
Arden
Eden
Rowan
Maren
Seren
Carys
