Probably not as far as they did last year, but of course at this time last year I would not have said they were on their way to a Championship. KU is one of the few teams that is dependably in the Big Dance every year, so I would at least bet on a Sweet 16 appearance unless something goes horribly wrong (and based on that UMASS game, it just might.) Will they win a Big 12 Championship? I would doubt it, but stranger things have happened.

Saying they just got beat by UMASS, who I believe was 2 and 7 going into that game, I'm thinking that they will get to the Sweet 16 if they are lucky.
