What can be a reason for appetite ?

since few months i have a loss of appetite , consequently my weight is reducing , & causing many problems to me !!

Update:

I m already thin & not worried about that !!

i get cramps in leg , eye sight is getting weak , m already an anemic & it can be worse !!! what shall i do keep my jealth good & stop it's detoriation !

I m doing all possible things i can do , it's my daily shedule to go for walk in my society for an hour , i have to follow my parents advice weather i want to or not & i do it ,& believe me i have no intention to reduce weight as it is normal , i m not sooo fat that i have to go for dieting ! it's out of my mind why is this happening !

    Prolonged multiple sitting on computer is the worst habit we pickup while using the worlds greatest-ever discovery ‘computer’....

    Moreover 'chatting' is another disastrous habit we pickup out of online friendships and uncontrolled desire to shed-off most of our anxiety over the virtual electronic world...

    We become inactive and lazy… we do not exert at all… just wait for others to help us out with our necessities…

    you should limit the idling time…

    Take-over as much household chores as possible from your mother and assist your father in selected departments of your daily life…

    Do, religiously, 30-40min exercise / walking / jogging daily… (most essential...)

    Look like a young girl… by your activities… running around all the time… rather than a slow and lazy person…

    If you do… your body will release vital hormones required for your proper growth, health and luster of your skin… and adequate appetite for food… out of physical activities and cardiovascular exertions…

    Take 3 to 4 times rich diets…

    Normal Gujarati food is adequately rich food for girls like you…

    Just add lots of salads, and fruits including seasonal fruits to your diet… (this is a must...)

    Just do not depend on your own rigid concepts of life…

    Let your parents also add-on to your philosophy about life…

    Be serious towards yourself…

    Just relax... and ask yourself... you would get the solution...

    Strolling around with friends and family members is not a ‘walk’ that is done for exercise… it should be a brisk walk… all alone… in the morning / sunrise with snickers on… unless you go almost breathless…

    annorexia?? or there's something wrong with your brain...or maybe it's you who tells your rbain not to eat because you'll get fat or something
