How exactly do you pronounce the name of Drizzt's panther companion, Guenhwyvar?
I know her nickname is Guen (Gwen), for short, but how do you correctly say the whole name? Me and some friends have been having a friendly disagreement on this and anyone that could clarify would be greatly appreciated!

The name Guenhwyvar is taken from the Welsh version of the name Guinevere
so i would have thought it would be pronounced very similarly

I pronounce it as Gwen-i-var. long i
That's how it's pronounced in the audiobooks I have
