Help! I got my period.?

it's always so hard to tell your mom when you first get it. you can wait a little while until you're ready. but believe me, you'll be glad you told her. if you don't have pads or something, you can just put some toilet paper in your underwear, but it won't last for that long.

Say "Mom, I guess we are going to have to buy pads or tampons for me now."

She will probably be both happy you told her, and a bit sad because her little girl is growing up. Tell her as soon as possible - she will probably have all kinds of wisedom like what to do about cramps and things like that.

Aww i know how you feel, but u have to tell your mom so just go and talk to her when no-one else is in the room or if she isn't busy and just say mom.. well i sorta.. came on my.. and i reckon she'll just guess because i just cried and my mom just guessed! Maybe if i were you i would say: mom, i need some pads.

and ask her to not tell anybody like your dad.
