I want to fade a picture in word and then write over it. How do I do it?

    Very simple.

    Go into word and go to the insert tab and click on the watermark button. Then it will ask you to go through all of your files to select the picture you want. If i'm not mistaken you can adjust its opacity as well

    Load the picture as a watermark--Insert\Background and browse to your picture. You can resize it as you wish by going into the header/footer. Then you can write what you want as you want once you close out of the header/footer.
