Do you like your cell carrier?

Stick with what you have...the grass isn't always greener on the other side. If your out in BFE and you get good service, be thankful. There are folks like myself who have to suffer from bad reception despite my location and close proximity to a big metropolitan city ie. NYC.

i have verizon also and am very happy with them. they have a respectable line of practical phones and their service is second to none (as you stated). while i haven't experienced the problems you have i think it is more than worth it to stick with them especially considering you live in the sticks.. verizon has very good customer support compared to other carriers. i do not think it is worth "downgrading" to another inferior carrier just because of an altercation you have had. there is a reason that they are a little more pricey.. they are the best. providers such as sprint that offer great deals, such as their 99$ month for their unlimited plan, often cannot back up these plans with dependable service like verizon can. my brother just recently switched to at&t for the iphone. great phone, yes, but it drops calls unlike anything else. what is the sense of having a cool phone if the network doesn't keep up? keep in mind also that you can essentially get almost any phone you like by purchasing an "unlocked" version of the phone that will work on verizon's network.

ok i have verizon too. Now i love them because of their great sevice i know its the best because any of my friends that dont have it dont get very good service. also love their phones . but i cant stand the expensive prices for phones and the upgrade thing. But i do like the prices for texting and their features
